Still no guarantees we will ever implement Status.net integration at Twitterfall. Twitterfall is primarily about search, not being a client (although it is a great client too!) and we feel implementing Identica/Status.net will just clutter the existing interface.

Honestly? This is under review, because so many people ask for it, but we really don’t see the point when web browsers are so integral into people’s lives now – so much is in the cloud. As Kaitlin suggested, you can always use Fluid in OSX to create an SSB, or Prism (I think?) on all platforms or Google Chrome’s Application Shortcuts in Windows.

pause the fall of tweets when you click on an external link
I would like the option to pause the feeds when you click a link so that you can catch up to where you left off when you finished viewing the link

Bring back slow speed
Sometimes the slowest speed "Default" ist too fast. Why did you remove slower options from earlier versions?

We found that the number of people using different speed options was statistically insignificant, and maintaining lots of options was proving time consuming. If we get enough call for it we will bring it back.

adjustable time limit on displayed tweets
Would be nice to ignore all the tweets generated by your chosen search terms that you've already seen. A selectable time bracket (6, 12, 24, 48, 72 hrs) would be useful.

Add delay to URL expand
Already tweeted this, but just adding here:
The URL expansion happens on any mouseover, so even when I'm going to click on something else they get expanded, which is a bit annoying.Add a tiny delay maybe?

Add country-specific search location, rather than distance
As People are more likely to put country than location, I think it would be helpful to have a country-list in drop-down. Within that, you could filter multiple locations, i.e. England / Britain / UK or clear up duplicate place names like London, British Columbia

There is a coloured button next to Tweets, Mentions and DMs but none of these open the colour picker

show whether a user is following you when you hover on their username
When hovering on a username, various stats are displayed. It would be great if that could include whether that user is following you back.

Link to twitter search operators
I think somewhere by the custom search you should include a link to the twitter search operators, and (maybe), the twitter advanced search page - you could also provide a text field which can 'eat' the url creater by the twitter advanced search and create a custom search (though the workflow for that might be beyond Joe User).

fix this bug - tweet options in msg disappear after a while
When page has been loading for a while, when I click on a message there are no options to do anything, I have to reload the page completely to get those back.

Yeah, we’ve noticed this too. Unfortunately it’s proved really tricky to track down.

Sticky Direct Messages and Replies
When you get a direct message or reply, sticky it at the top in a different color so it gets your attention.
Maybe have the option to disable this for those that get loads of DMs.
Have a one click "unsticky" button or roll over to unsticky them.

My followers? Isn’t that just your timeline? As for groups of users, you can always do:
“from:jalada OR from:x5315 OR from:twfall OR from:antoniamoreno”
as a search term
