Desktop application
Desktop application to run on the users system (OS X, Windows, linux) so they can see updates in real time with out having to use a web browser.
48 votesHonestly? This is under review, because so many people ask for it, but we really don’t see the point when web browsers are so integral into people’s lives now – so much is in the cloud. As Kaitlin suggested, you can always use Fluid in OSX to create an SSB, or Prism (I think?) on all platforms or Google Chrome’s Application Shortcuts in Windows.

Indentica Intergration
The ability to sign into an Identica account as well as a twitter account to see your timelines from both services in 'the fall'.
44 votesStill no guarantees we will ever implement Status.net integration at Twitterfall. Twitterfall is primarily about search, not being a client (although it is a great client too!) and we feel implementing Identica/Status.net will just clutter the existing interface.

Fix this bug: the tweets are not loading at all.
it says it is fetching them but never does

fix language filter somehow
i choose the filter to show one language only, however other languages appear in other languages also if the search term is used in the tweet

Bring back slow speed
Sometimes the slowest speed "Default" ist too fast. Why did you remove slower options from earlier versions?
22 votesWe found that the number of people using different speed options was statistically insignificant, and maintaining lots of options was proving time consuming. If we get enough call for it we will bring it back.

pause the fall of tweets when you click on an external link
I would like the option to pause the feeds when you click a link so that you can catch up to where you left off when you finished viewing the link
16 votesYeah, would be useful, it annoys me too. Will look into.

to make it possible to include all options in the URL
And especially the keywords ofcourse :)
16 votesThat would make for very long URLs, but we’ll see.

adjustable time limit on displayed tweets
Would be nice to ignore all the tweets generated by your chosen search terms that you've already seen. A selectable time bracket (6, 12, 24, 48, 72 hrs) would be useful.

option to auto-show images
I like to set up a large monitor with a stream to show the backchannel at events. This monitor would be unattended and so the "display on hover" functionality doesn't help. An option to display linked images inline in the stream would be great.

I want a button next to a username to automatically exlude and remove all tweets from a user.
some of my search terms are found from one company that makes many twitter users and sends out the same posts to each of them, so it appears I get a lot of dupes in the list. I'd like to block the entire fake user in one click.

Add country-specific search location, rather than distance
As People are more likely to put country than location, I think it would be helpful to have a country-list in drop-down. Within that, you could filter multiple locations, i.e. England / Britain / UK or clear up duplicate place names like London, British Columbia

show whether a user is following you when you hover on their username
When hovering on a username, various stats are displayed. It would be great if that could include whether that user is following you back.
9 votesThis is planned under a refresh of how you can interact with Twitter users on Twitterfall.

Text-to-speech API: http://clc4tts.clcworld.net/
Text to speech would be great for the visually impaired. It can be done via RSS - or maybe check out this Firefox plugin/API

Add delay to URL expand
Already tweeted this, but just adding here:
The URL expansion happens on any mouseover, so even when I'm going to click on something else they get expanded, which is a bit annoying.Add a tiny delay maybe?
